AWD-01A Cleveland open Flash Point Tester ASTM D92 is primarily composed of a pilot oil cup, heating plate, oven, lit testing device, thermometer bracket, and wind screens, among others.
The test oil cup is a standard oil cup; the heating plate is made of steel with chrome plating; the furnace uses a heating wire jacket quartz tube and infrared heating, which is more thermally efficient, anti-oxidation, and anti-oil splash compared to traditional direct heating methods. The test pyrophoric ignition device uses a high-voltage ceramic head, widely used in the automobile ignition industry, known for its successful and stable performance compared to other electronic ignition components. The high-voltage ceramic head offers a long service life, is easy to replace, and so on.
