From April 23 to 25, 2019, the “1st Laboratory Analyst Training Seminar” hosted by our company was successfully completed over three days. The event focused on Oil testing equipment and brought together front-line laboratory analysts from several companies, aiming to deepen their understanding of test methods and mastery of key points related to Oil testing equipment.
The program centered on interpreting shear-instrument standards and on the principles and operation of Oil testing equipment. Detailed explanations of new standard sample-preparation methods were given, along with introductions to the working principles of the instruments themselves, all of which are core components of modern Oil testing equipment.
The instruments covered included :
AWD-H1088 Automatic Engine Oil Apparent Viscosity Tester (Automatic Injection) ASTM D2602 5293
AWD-315 Shear Stability of Polymer Containing Fluids Diesel Injector Apparatus ASTM D6278
AWD-170 Low Temperature Viscosity Tester for Automotive Fluid Lubricants ASTM D2983
—each an indispensable module in today’s Oil testing equipment portfolio. Through the lecturers’ presentations every participant gained valuable knowledge about Oil testing equipment.
To reinforce what had been learned, the second day was devoted to hands-on practice with Oil testing equipment. Participants were divided into groups of three and, under the guidance of instructors, carried out actual tests in our training laboratory that houses a full range of Oil testing equipment. This approach ensured that every analyst left confident in operating Oil testing equipment independently.
On the final day an examination based on the course content of Oil testing equipment was administered to assess how well the material had been absorbed; all participants passed with excellent scores, demonstrating their solid grasp of Oil testing equipment operation and data interpretation.
After the seminar the attendees expressed strong appreciation for the comprehensive Oil testing equipment training, saying they had benefited greatly and hoped similar events would be held regularly. We will continue our efforts and look forward to providing this kind of Oil testing equipment training to even more colleagues in the industry.
